The O.D Remake is a short film based on one of our more popular shorts that we produced a few years ago and had great success with in Japan and Canada. The film ended up being used as part of a drug awareness program in Canada. The sponsors contacted me late last year and asked for a higher resolution version as they wanted to show it on the cinema screen.
After various attempts to blow up the original SD footage on film, I gave up and decided to re film the short in high definition but this time, I expanded the script and added lots of various effects which didn't look right last time.

OD was been submitted to the Filmaka Wild Card competitionand came in as runner up. Filmaka has taken up the option of distributing the film globally in festivals and on TV.
The film is also going to be shown on select cinema screens in Canada as part of a drugs awareness program. We also have interest from a Japanese drug rehab agency and it is also being considered by the UK's largest drug rehab agency.
We are planning to release the film to select festivals in the New Year 2009.
